Peterson, Sigurd (1891? - 10 Mar. 1954)

Sigurd Peterson, 63, died at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, Wisconsin about 2:30 A.M. Tuesday. He was taken to the hospital Monday night.

Mr. Peterson, a World War I veteran, made his home at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Kuehling. He had no known relatives.

So far no funeral arrangements have been made.

The funeral of Sigurd Peterson was held Friday afternoon at the Lulloff Funeral Home at Colby, Wis. Mr. Peterson died at St. Joseph’s Hospital (Marshfield, Wis.) last Tuesday at 2:30 A.M. He was 63 years old and was born in Norway.

He was a veteran of World War I and had no known living relatives.

The military funeral was conducted by the American Legion of Unity and the VFW of Colby, Wis. The Rev. Vander Stoep officiated as pastor.

Pallbearers were Edward Mews, Otto Atcherson, John W. Johnson, Theodore Flink, Stewart Salter and Herbert Kanter of the Legion.
