Friday morning Mrs. Vander Stoep received word of the sudden death of her father, Mr. Reuben Gilbert Chingren of Chisholm, Iowa, who died of a heart attack.
Rev. Vander Stoep accompanied by George Carlson took Mrs. Vander Stoep and children down to Chisolm and returned the same day. Rev. Vander Stoep drove down Sunday evening to attend the funeral Monday. They will remain for a few days.
