Ekelin, Gunborg (Marriage - 14 June 1930)

The marriage of Miss Gunborg Ekelin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Ekelin of Amherst, and Charles David Childs, son of Mrs. Ellen Childs of Abbotsford, took place Saturday afternoon, June 14th, at 1 o’clock at the home of the bride’s parents. Rev. W. J. Corr, pastor of the Amherst M. E. church, officiated, and the attendants were Velma and Harry Ekelin, the bride’s sister and brother. A dinner was served immediately after the ceremony.

For the present the couple will make their home with the bride’s parents and Mrs. Childs will continue here work at the Amherst telephone office.
