COLBY -- Delores H. Dums, 87, of Colby, Wisconsin died Sunday, March 30, 2008, at the Golden Living Center-Continential Manor Abbotsford, Wis.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 4, 2008, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Colby, Wis. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Maurina/Schilling Funeral Home in Abbotsford and from 10 a.m. until service time Friday at the church.

Delores H. Dums

COLBY -- Delores H. Dums, 87, of Colby, Wisconsin died Sunday, March 30, 2008, at the Golden Living Center-Continential Manor, Abbotsford, Wis.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 4, 2008, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Colby, Wis. Burial will be private, at a later date.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 3, 2008, and from 10 a.m. until service time Friday at the church.

Delores was born Aug. 11, 1920, in Stetsonville to Jacob and Elizabeth (Schumacker) Buxrucker. She married Adolph Dums on Sept. 24, 1941, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Stetsonville. She was a homemaker.

Delores is survived by her husband, Adolph Dums of Colby; her eight children, Carol (Jim) Morrow, Loyal, Robert (Kathy) Dums, Denton, N.C., Ronald Dums, South Milwaukee, Gary (Robin) Dums, Elkorn, Joyce (Bob) Vogel, Marshfield, Daniel Dums, Mukwonago, Richard (Lindy) Dums, Mt. Pleasant, N.C., Nicole (Kent) Christensen, Spencer, Iowa; 23 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Leona Blazel, Stetsonville, Raymond Boxrucker, Medford, Windy (Marge) Boxrucker, Stetsonville, and Eddie (Jean) Boxrucker, Medford.
