Lillian A. Selby
WITHEE -- Lilliam A. Selby, 86, of the town of Hammel, died Tuesday, April 8, at her residence surrounded by family and Hope Hospice.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 12, at First Baptist Church in Medford. Interment will be in Our Saviour's Lutheran Cemetery in the town of Holway.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Hemer Funeral Home of Medford is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Lillian was born July 2, 1921, in the town of Medford to Charles and Anna Maria Victoria (Ekdahl) Rickaby. She married Bernard L. Selby on Oct. 8, 1942, in Hanover, Ill. They owned and operated a dairy farm in the town of Grover for 33 years until retirement. They then built a home in the town of Hammel where they lived for 30 years.
Survivors include her husband, Bernard L. Selby of the town of Hammel; her children, Michael Selby, Medford, Laurel (Richard) Campbell, King George, Va., and Yvonne (Lyle) Schwarz, town of Grover; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and siblings, Mary (Fred Jr.) Jensen, Medford, Nancy Cox, Abbotsford, Karen (Earl) Hocck, Dorchester, and John Rickaby, town of Hammel.
