Abbotsford Girl Wins High Honors

Paying tribute to the scholastic work done by Miss Hattie Shultz during the four years that she has studied at Northland College, Ashland, Wis., college authorities at the commencement exercises last Wednesday night bestowed upon her the degree of Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, this being the first time in the history of the school that such high honor has been bestowed.

A class of twenty-nine were granted B.A. degrees, this being the largest class ever graduating from the college. The graduates formed an impressive sight as they filed into the room filled with the largest crowd ever gathered in Wheeler Hall Chapel.
