Announcement is made of the marriage of Miss Rachel Susan Weaver, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. L. A. Weaver of Chippewa Falls, and Melvin Charles Blake, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Blake of Abbotsford, Wis. The ceremony was performed Monday, February 3, at Christ Episcopal Church in Chippewa Falls.
The bride, who was graduated from the Central State Teachers' College in 1924, has been teaching at Elmhurst, Illinois. Mr. Blake made his headquarters in Stevens Point last summer, working out of here on the Soo Line. They will live in Chippewa Falls.
