Michael Ramminger (1 May 1961 - 10 Mar 2008)

Michael Ramminger, 46, Edgar, formerly of Colby, died Monday, March 10, 2008, in the Palliative Care Unit at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

Funeral services were held March 15 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Colby, Wis. Burial was in Dorchester Memorial Cemetery.

Michael was born May 1, 1961, in Marshfield, to Milton and Nancy (Lang) Ramminger.

Following high school, he lived in Marshfield where he worked at Opportunity Development Center.

Some time later, he move to Eau Claire where he resided in a group home. Motorcycles were one of his passions.

Michael is survived by his mother, Nancy, Colby; and his siblings, James, Colby, Joyce (Richard) Thieme, Colby, Pamela (Brian) Tyznik, Abbotsford, Joseph, Colby and David, Colby, Wis.

The Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home, Abbotsford, assisted the family with arrangements.
