Wren, Judy Gean (18 May 1943 - 13 April 2008)

Judy Wren, 64, West Bend, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2008, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Milwaukee after a long bout with Leukemia.

Judy Gean Wren was born May 18, 1943, in Neillsville, the daughter of Gilbert and Louise (Gabrovic) Wren. She graduated from Neillsville High School in 1961 and a couple of years later moved to West Bend, where she worked for West Bend Mutual Insurance for 35-plus years before retiring.

She is survived by here mother, Louise of Neillsville; two sisters, Linda Bauer of Franksville and Rochelle (Walter) Schmidt of Neillsville; two brothers, Ron (Debbie) Wren of Iron Ridge and Tom (Lynn) Wren of Waukesha; and many nieces and nephews whom she loved very much.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gilbert Wren; a sister, Patsy Wren; and a brother, Larry Wren.

Funeral services for Judy will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 19, at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville. Pastor Douglas Bjerke will officiate. Music will be provided by Charlotte Drescher, organist and Jodi Rueth, soloist. Interment will be in Neillsville City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., Saturday at the Gesche Funeral Home.

Casket bearers are David Bauer, Don Bauer, Laurie Schmidt, Steve Schmidt, Amy Wren and Ron Wren.
