Mrs. Otto Dunow Passes Away
Mrs. Otto Dunow was born July 22, 1892. She passed away at the Chippewa Falls hospital early Tuesday morning July 1st, 1930. The previous Wednesday she had been taken very ill and on Saturday was removed to the hospital where the doctors pronounce her case hopeless.
Mrs. Dunow is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ole Borgemoen who were well known and respected residents of the vicinity of Curtiss.
On October 15, 1911, she was united in marriage to Otto Dunow. To them were born four children, Marion 18, Frances 16, Guy 13, and Alton 11.
Besides her husband and children, she leave to mourn her loss two brothers and five sisters. They are John Borgmoen, Strool, S. Dak., Oluf Borgmoen, Abbotsford, Mr. F. Schiszik, Curtiss, Mr. F. J. Hrunek, Curtiss, Mrs. J. R. Spencer, Milwaukee, Mrs. Wm. Steinke, Curtiss and Mr. M. Lott of Abbotsford, Wis.
Mrs. Dunow was a devoted wife and mother. Her cheerful disposition caused her to be love and respected by all who came in contact with her. The many beautiful floral gifts were a mute testimony of the regard in which she was held by her friends.
Funeral services were held from the Congregational Church, the Rev. Mr. Powell officiating.
