Baehr, Norma (Marriage - October 4, 1930)

Kramer - Baehr

Norma Baehr, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Baehr of Dorchester, and Fritz Kramer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Kramer, of Milwaukee were married at four o’clock in the St. Peter’s Lutheran Church Saturday afternoon, October 4, 1930. Cora Baehr, sister of the bride was maid of honor, and Erma Holtz was bridesmaid. Hans Kamenarz was best man and little Myrtle Wilhelmin, a nice of the bride was flower girl.

The bride was beautifully attired in white satin with a lace bonnet shape veil with slippers and stockings to match and carried a shower bouquet of pink roses and asters.

The maid of honor wore orchid crepe trimmed with velvet and the bridesmaid wore a rose net over satin cloth carried an arm bouquet of rose an asters and ribbons to match their dresses. Their head bands were of molene and rhinestones.

The groom and best man wore black suits.

After the ceremony a dainty supper was served at the home of the bride.

Those who attended the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. Carl Kramer, parents of the groom, and daughter Elizabeth, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Riths, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Wilhelmi and daughter Myrtle, all of Milwaukee; Mr. Parge and Mrs. H. Wilhemi of Abbotsford and Mr. H. E. Wordell of Greenwood, and Rev. J. Brandt and family of Dorchester, Wis.

The evening was spent singing songs and playing games.

They all left for Milwaukee Sunday noon.
