Funeral services were conducted this afternoon for Edward Carl Frederick Neimag, 90, who passed away at his home in Withee on Monday afternoon, April 20, from St. John’s Lutheran church at Withee with the Rev. Walter Schedler officiating.

Edward Carl Frederick Neimag was born on February 1, 1852, in Germany. He was married to Whilimine Bruchert and came to America in 1888. The couple first settled in Glenwood City and later moved to Withee where they made their home.

He was the father of five children, three of whom preceded him in death as did his wife. He is survived by a son and a daughter, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren besides a large number of friends and relatives.
