Bobb, Eva (11 JUL 1862 - 8 DEC 1944)
Mrs. Peter E. Bobb, 82, a former resident of the Town of Reseburg (Clark Co., Wis.), passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. R.A. Hall, at Tampa, Florida, on Dec. 8th, 1944.
She was born Eva Elston at Eagle Point, near Muscoda, Wis., on July 11, 1862. On Sept. 2, 1883 she was united in marriage to Peter E. Bobb.
The family resided in the Town of Reseburg for many years and in March 1914 moved to Zephyr Hills, Florida, living there until 1940. Since that time Mrs. Bobb has been residing with her daughter in Tampa. She was the mother of eight children, one of whom (Clyde) preceded her in death in 1931. Her husband passed away in 1941. Surviving are six daughters, Ethel, Mrs. Claude Colby, and Mrs. Maud Strenad of Milwaukee; Hannah, Mrs. Raymond Briggs of Hayward; Edna, Mrs. Elias Ott of Stanley, Eva, Mrs. R.A. Hall of Tampa, Fla. And Ruth, Mrs. Ray bolt of Zephyr Hills, Fla., and one son, John W. Bobb of Kenosha, Wis., twenty-five grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
She was buried beside her husband in the Zephyr Hills Cemetery.
