Miss Beulah VanCamp was a Marshfield visitor, Saturday.
Chas. Duvall transacted business at Marshfield Monday forenoon.
Mr. Clark of Oshkosh spent a few days in our village this week.
Miss Stella Allain went to Athens Wednesday, to spend a few days.
A. Cook transacted business at Wausau the forepart of the week.
Miss Bessie Purkiss spent Saturday and Sunday with relatives at Athens.
Miss Jessie Swan was the guest of friends at Marshfield, Saturday and Sunday.
The Tigers will go to Neillsville and play basket ball there Saturday evening.
The last dance before Lent was given last Friday evening and a good crowd turned out.
Our stores will be closed every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evening hereafter.
Nels Knutson who has been here the past two weeks, left Tuesday for his home at Athens.
H. D. Creed of Colby came down Monday and spent the afternoon with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Creed.
Mrs. J. W. Salter was called to Madison, Wednesday morning, by the serious illness of her father, Mr. Gallagher.
E. L. Messer, this week purchased the residence formerly owned by Mr. John Gallagher of St. Paul. Consideration $1,000.
Mrs. Louie Swartz and daughter who have been visiting relatives near Spencer, the past two months, returned home last Friday.
The Marshfield city basket ball team was defeated here by the Tigers last Saturday evening in a one sided game. Score 44 to 8.
Mr. Carl Pagenkopf of Wausau came Saturday evening and visited his friend, Miss Emma Schultz in our village until Tuesday noon.
Miss Alma Harry of Colby spent Monday afternoon in our village as the guest of her sisters, Mrs. W. Morgan and Mrs. A. Groelle.
