O. B. Matteson transacted business at Colby Friday.
Wm. Creed transacted business at the Hub City, Wednesday.
Mrs. Geo. Roohr of Colby spent Friday forenoon in our village.
Mrs. Peter Oleson was a Spencer visitor Saturday between trains.
Ed Anderson of March Rapids was seen on our streets, Tuesday.
Quite a number from here attended the dance at Colby Monday night.
Miss Ida Loughead spent a few days this week with friends at Colby, Wis.
The dance at the opera house, last Thursday evening was largely attended.
Martin Hellsted was the guest of friends at Stetsonville, Sunday afternoon.
Miss Merrill of Rhinelander is the guest of her parents near Loyal, this week.
Mrs. L. Nickel and children visited with relatives at Spencer Wednesday.
Mr. and Mrs. Everett Hirsch and son left Friday noon for their home at Loyal.
Miss Edna Blank of Mellen was in our city, Friday afternoon visiting old friends.
Mrs. O’Connell of Wausau, spent a few days here last week, with relatives and friends.
Mrs. Ole Oleson who has been confined to the house the past week, is reported on the gain.
Misses Effie and Elsie Frane of Colby, spent Monday afternoon at the home of Abe Butler.
Fred Harvey who has been spending the summer at Fond du Lac returned here last week.
Mrs. H. Brehm of Medford visited with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Fred Simon here over Sunday.
Lee Bastian arrived here on the limited Friday evening and will spend a few days here with friends.
W. Ferron of Park Falls, was in our city a few hours Sunday, shaking hands with his many friends.
Ed Purkiss of Xobe, Ill., arrived here Saturday evening, and was the guest of his parents a few days.
