Miss Laura Hansen, daughter of Mr. Harry O. Hansen of Reseburg (Clark Co., Wis., and Albert Edward Jensen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Jensen, were united in marriage at 2:00 o’clock Saturday, Dec. 8th, 1945 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church at Reseburg, the Rev. F.H. Sprengler officiating.

Miss Betty Barth and Miss Bertha Biddle of Thorp, sang "Oh Perfect Love" and "I Love You Truly", accompanied by Mrs. Geo. Wendt, who also played the wedding march.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a white gown with white satin bodice with full marquisette skirt over satin, a sweetheart neckline and train, wearing a fingertip veil and a gold locket, a gift of the groom. She carried a bouquet of red roses.

The bride was attended by her sister, Mrs. Jens Jensen and Miss Anna Jensen, sister of the groom. Their gowns were satin bodices with full net skirts over satin with matching blushers. They each wore a gold locket and carried a bouquet of red roses.

A dance was given in honor of the bride and groom in the evening at Merry Ol’ Gardens with music by Emil and his band.
