Joseph Pazdur of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.) and Dorothy Pearson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Pearson of St. Paul, were united in marriage in a ceremony performed by Rev. J. Kamla at St. Mary’s (Czestochowa) Church at Junction at 9:00 o’clock, Saturday morning, April 27th, 1946.
The bride was attired in a green suit with dark accessories and wore a corsage of gardenia and yellow roses. Her sister, Mrs. Jos. Gubeli, matron of honor, wore a powder blue suit with brown accessories. Her corsage was of gardenia and red roses. The groom’s brother, Stanley, was best man. Both her and the groom wore blue suits and white rose and white carnation boutonnieres.
A reception to the couple was held after the ceremony at the Jos. Gubeli home, attended by immediate relatives. The happy couple will make their home on the groom’s farm near Thorp.
Out of town guests at the wedding were: Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Pearson and children, Lila, Marie, Irene and David, and Lester Pearson, of St. Paul, Mrs. Andrew Pazdur and Frank Pazdur of East Chicago, Ind., Mr. and Mrs. Walter Brenner Jr. and daughter Paula, of New Brighton, Minn., and Mr. and Mrs. Don Harding of Minneapolis.
