Ferdinand Kopp was given a birthday party by the birthday club Monday evening; that was a real surprise.

Mr. and Mrs. Mortenson, Mr. and Mrs. James Kalas and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Hanson of Washburn were callers at the Munson home Saturday afternoon.

Mrs. Carl Zschernitz spent a few days with Mrs. Frank Dobes, assisting her with canning meat.

Mrs. Eric Kopp is taking a two-week vacation from her work in a beauty shop in Marshfield. They were callers at the Herbert Schoenherr home last Wednesday.

Mr. and Mrs. Darrel Raine were Sunday dinner guests of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Kren.

Joe Kurasz and Helmuth Schultz have just had their farms wired for electricity.
