The Girl Scouts solicited for the Granton Women’s Civic club, who sponsored the poppy sale. They sold 500 poppies, netting $55.60. The Girl Scouts purchased new uniforms this year.

Floyd Winn is spending a few days at his home. On Friday Mr. and Mrs. Winn will attend the graduating exercises at Eau Claire for their daughter Doris.
