Johnson, Bernice (Marriage - 8 Mar. 1945)

The marriage of Miss Bernice Johnson, daughter of Mrs. Emma Johnson of Milwaukee, and Glenn Brinkmeier, son of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Brinkmeier, town of Sherwood, was solemnized Thursday afternoon, March 8, at the home of the groom’s parents, in the presence of a small group of relatives and close friends. The Rev. G. W. Longenecker, pastor of the Congregational church, officiated.

The groom, who is serving in the U.S. navy and has recently been in the Philippines, is at home on a leave. His parents acted as witnesses. Irene Brinkmeier of Milwaukee, sister of the groom, attended the wedding.

Following the ceremony, a lunch was served by the groom’s mother.
