Jonkel, Ruby Mrs. (Marriage - 4 Apr. 1945)
Mrs. Ruby Jonkel and Thomas Yndogliato, both of Neillsville, were united in marriage at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, April 4, at Sunset Point, the Rev. G. W. Longenecker performing the ceremony. Miss Theo Jonkel and George Jonkel, daughter and son of the bride, attended the couple.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the home of the bride’s sister, Mrs. Albert Sollberger, where dinner was served to the following guests: Mrs. Edward Bauer, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Peters and daughters, Catherine and Barbara, Willmette, Ill.; Mrs. Barbara Yndogliato, Mr. and Mrs. Tony Erpenbach and sons, Billy and Donald, John Yndogliato and Charles Jonkel, Neillsville. Mrs. Bauer, Mrs. Peters and Mrs. Erpenbach are sisters of the groom. Mrs. Joseph Poertner, mother of the bride, and her brother, George Poertner and his family of the town of Hewett, were snowbound in their farm home and unable to be present for the reception and dinner.
The newlyweds are residing on the groom’s farm four miles southwest of Neillsville, in the town of Pine Valley.
