Mills, Ada Delora (Marriage - 6 Apr. 1945)

Ada Delora Mills of Marshfield, daughter of J. H. Mills, principal of the South Side grade school of Neillsville, was married last Friday to T/Sgt. Robert A. May. The wedding took place in Christ Evangelical Lutheran church, Marshfield, and was followed by a luncheon at the home of the groom’s parents.

Both young people are graduates of the Marshfield high school. The bride has, since her graduation in 1939, worked in the production office of the Roddis concern, and will continue there while her husband is in service. She has been given a leave of absence to accompany her husband to Miami, Fla., where he will be reassigned. The young man has spent 36 months in the Pacific area.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Mills and by Mitchell Hamman, grandfather of the bride, all residing in Neillsville.
