Ormond, Beatrice (Marriage - 29 July 1944)
The marriage of Miss Beatrice Ormond, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John E. Ormond of Greenwood, and Frank Bayuk, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Bayuk of Willard, was performed at 11 o’clock on July 29, at the parsonage of the Catholic Church in Willard, the Rev. Ralphael Stragisher, pastor of the church, performing the double ring service. A number of relatives and friends were present for the service.
The bride wore a white satin gown, fashioned with a fitted bodice and long pointed sleeves and carried a corsage of red roses. Miss Lorraine Klinke of Greenwood as matron of honor wore a pink satin dress identical to that of the bride, and her flowers were pink roses. The groom was attended by Alvin Kaltinger of Willard.
Both the bride and groom’s mothers wore navy blue dresses, and each had a corsage of while asters.
Dinner was served to a number of relatives and close friends at the home of the groom’s parents, and supper was served at the home of the bride’s parents.
The bride attended the Neillsville High School for a time and until recently has been employed at the James McConnell, Jr., attended the Willard state graded schools and is employed on his parents’ farm.
Out of town guests who attended the wedding were Miss Florence Bayuk, Hillsboro, Wis., Frank Klinke of the U. S. Army, who is at home on a furlough, and Miss Lillian Kaltinger, Chicago, Ill.
