I was with sadness that I came across Maxine's obituary online.

It's been a long time but we are truly sorry for your loss.

The following was taken from a friend's note to me on my mothers death in 1990.

"We appreciate the chance, with each death of someone close to us, to remember how short is our time, and how blessed we are with those who came before us to live the histsory we never touched, and to friends and children who will make a future we will not see. It is such a miracle and privilege to be able to make the earth tremble with our passing, and leving great footprints others will be hard pressed to fill or forget.?

How can one not stop for a moment to remember a lady who gave us all such great skills, used in the typing of this email.
