Karen L. Mantley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Neilsen of route three, Greenwood, has received her discharge from the navy. She enlisted in the WAVES in February, 1943, and had the rating of chief storekeeper. She was on duty in Washington, D.C. Her husband, who was in the armed forces, now is in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
