Those pretty travel folders, playing on the charm and beauty of Hawaiian grass skirts and beaches are a lot of bologna, as far as Pvt. Ralph Wittren of Humbird is concerned. Ralph would not trade the states for all the grass skirts and dancing girls in the Hawaiians. Perhaps, though, the reason may be found in the fact that he was returned to Hawaii after he became ill. It was made doubly hard for him, because the illness came as Ralph was on his way home.
