Castner, Hazel Irene (Marriage - 26 June 1945)
Miss Hazel Irene Castner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Castner, Loyal, and Hugo John Roesler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Buss, Thorp, was married Tuesday morning, June 26, at 10 a.m. at a double-ring ceremony at the Loyal Methodist church, at which the Rev. Myron E. Taylor officiated.
The bride was attended by her sister, Mrs. F. H. Sprengler, and the best man was her husband, the Rev. F. H. Sprengler.
Immediate relatives and friends attended the ceremony, which was followed by a reception and dinner in the church parlors.
Mrs. Roesler was graduated from Loyal high school and the Central State Teachers’ college. She has taught first and second grades at Colby, Wis. Her husband has recently received his honorable discharge from military service and is employed as a fireman at the Blue Moon in Thorp. They will make their home in Thorp.
