Lange, Leona (Marriage - 20 Sept. 1945)
Mr. and Mrs. David Anderson are at their farm home near Granton after a brief wedding trip which took them to northern Michigan.
The bride, Leona Lange, daughter of Mrs. Della Lange of Auburndale, is a graduate of the Auburndale high school and has been employed by the Wienbrenner Shoe company there.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Anderson of Granton. He graduated from the Granton high school and has since been operating a farm near Granton.
The couple were married on Thursday, September 20, at 2:30 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran church, Auburndale. The Rev. Alvin H. Moag officiated.
The bride wore a brown and white check suit with brown accessories and a corsage of white gladioli. The bridesmaid, Carole Scott of Marshfield, wore a brown suit with brown accessories and bronze gladioli.
The groom was attended by Pfc. Norman Lange.
After the wedding a reception was held at the home of the bride’s mother.
