Hagedorn, Evelyn (Marriage - 11 Nov. 1945)

Miss Evelyn Hagedorn, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hagedorn of Neillsville, and Harvey Krause, son of Mr. and Mrs. August Krause of Granton, were married Sunday, November 11, at the home of the bride’s parents near Globe. The Rev. Adolph Schumann officiated.

The bride was attired in a pale pink ninon gown with a sweetheart poke bonnet of pink net. She carried a shower bouquet of pink roses.

The bridesmaid was Miss Esther Keuer, niece of the groom. The best man was Donald Marg, nephew of the bride.

A wedding reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents.

Mrs. Krause is a graduate of the Neillsville high school with the class of 1937. For the past three years she has been employed by the Allis-Chalmers company at Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The groom is a graduate of the Granton public schools, and was recently discharged from the army after serving nearly 3 ½ years overseas.

Those from out-of-town who attended the wedding were Wanda Malaszuk, Thorp; Margaret Beirne, West Allis; Mr. and Mrs. Ed Wischulke and Mr. and Mrs. Wilbert Wischulke of Granton.
