Converse, Samuel W. (1845 - 10 JAN 1902)

Samuel W. Converse died at his home in this city (Neillsville, Clark Co., Wis.), Friday, Jan. 10, 1902, and was buried Sunday, the funeral being held at the G.A.R. Hall. He was a veteran of the Civil War, but not a member of the G.A.R., and was a stranger here, having lived in the city but a few months.
