Mrs. R. B. Johnston was a Spencer visitor, Saturday.

Mrs. W. Fleischmann returned home from Hibbing, Minn., Monday morning.

Mrs. Wm. Schultz and daughter of Abbotsford, visited with Colby friends Saturday.

Paul Kobs came up from Neenah, Wednesday morning and spent the day with his parents.

Ed. Mitzlaff who worked in camp at Glidden, for Schraufnagel Bros., returned home last week.

Mrs. Hugo Hafeman and children visited with her parents in Hewitt, Saturday and Sunday forenoon.

Mrs. M. J. Hinkes left this morning for a visit with relatives and friends in Neenah and Green Bay.

Mrs. S. J. Shafer is visiting at the home of her sister, Mrs. Carl von Neupert, in Stevens Point, this week.

Sunday School will meet as usual in the Methodist Episcopal church on Sunday at 10 a.m. No preaching all day.

Mrs. H. G. Meyer and Mrs. Matt Miller spent Sunday with Chas. Freimund’s family in the town of Holeton.

Dan Mahony of Stratford, was here Wednesday, visiting with his old friends and looking after business interests.

Wm. Will Sr., went to Reedsville, Monday, to attend the funeral of his brother-in-law, Gust Olm, which was held Tuesday.

Misses Emma Runzheimer, Ella and Nora Hake of the town of Hull, visited at St. Joseph’s hospital, Saturday, with Mrs. Henry Rein.

J. F. Steinwand visited his sister Anna at Stevens Point, Wednesday. Miss Anna is receiving treatment at the Sanitarium at that place.

Matt Thorn Jr., and family and Henry Baures and family left Tuesday for a few days visit *** Note: The remainder of this article was missing.
