Henry L. Lamovec Sr.
WILLARD -- Henry Louis "Hank" Lamovec Sr., 88, died June 2, 2008, at Dove Healthcare and Rehabilitation.
Memorial services will be at noon Saturday, June 21, at Holy Family Parish in Willard.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church. Cuddie Funeral Home of Greenwood is assisting the family.
He was born May 11, 1920, to Frank Lamovec Sr. and Frances (Steblay) Lamovec. He served in the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1936 and 1937. He married Ann Koschak on Aug. 22, 1942, in Willard. They purchased and farmed the Lamovec Homestead between Greenwood and Willard until 1978 when they moved to Eau Claire.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Lamovec; children, Phyllis (James) Anderson, Al (Kay) Lamovec, Henry (Jane) Lamovec Jr., and Ray (Cathy) Lamovec; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
