Howard M. Speck
Abbotsford, Wis. -- Howard M. Speck, 72, Abbotsford, died at 6:30 p.m. Monday at memorial Hospital, Medford.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the First Presbyterian Church, Abbotsford, with the Rev. Robert Everhard officiating. Burial will be in the Abbotsford Public Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Maurina Funeral Home, Abbotsford, Wis.
He was born April 6, 1915, in Abbotsford to Carl and Lena Speck. He was a 1933 graduate of Abbotsford Hifgh School. During World War II, he served in the US Air Force.
He married Elaine Goldamer Oct. 16, 1941. She survives. He operated H & S Electric Co. in Abbotsford for a number of years.
He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and Abbotsford American Legion.
Surviving, besides his wife, is a brother, Eldred of San Antonio, Texas.
He was predeceased by his parents, and a sister.
A memorial is being establiched in his name.
