Popovich, Angeline #2 (18 APR 1942)
Miss Angeline Popovich, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Popovich, became the bride last Saturday afternoon, April 18, of John Korenchan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Korenchan Sr. of Willard, in a quiet ceremony performed by the Rev. M. K. Aaberg of Greenwood in the Trondjhem Lutheran parsonage.
Miss Popovich is well known here, having been here all her life on a farm near Willard. She graduated from the state graded school at Willard, but recently her folks moved to Chicago.
The bride was attired in a gray suit, with black accessories, and wore a corsage of red carnations.
The couple was attended as witnesses by Mr. and Mrs. Ignac Gabrovic, friends of the bride and groom.
Mrs. Gabrovic wore a lovely tan suit with accessories to match, and a very pretty corsage of pink carnations.
Both the groom and his attendant wore dark suits.
The young couple will make their home with the groom’s parents on the farm in the town of Hendren.
