A report from Athens states that John Harter of that village was taken suddenly ill on the street Friday evening with heart trouble and dropped to the sidewalk. A physician was at once summoned, but when he arrived life was found to be extinct. Justice Peter Schmitt made an investigation and reported to District Attorney F. P.
