Hartman, Joseph F. (? - 1946)
Joseph F. Hartman, 74, formerly of Humbird, is dead at Bellingham, Wash. He followed the trade of a blacksmith for a number of years and later was employed in the Bellingham water department. He is survived by his wife and a son and a daughter.
