Paulsrud, Mrs. Inga (26 October 1872 - 21 February 1946)

Mrs. Inga Paulsrud, 73, was interred in the Neillsville Cemetery February 24, (1946), following funeral services conducted from the Georgas Funeral Home. The Rev. N. J. Dechant officiated. Mrs. Paulsrud died at St. Francis Hospital at Peoria, Ill., Thursday, February 21.

Mrs. Paulsrud was born at Kristiansand, Norway, October 26, 1872, to Tora and Anders Neilsen. At the age of nine she journeyed with her parents to the United States, where the family settled in Clark County.

She was married November 2, 1893, to Arne Olson Paulsrud, who preceded her in death on their forty-sixth wedding (anniversary) November 2, 1939. Four children were born to them; one died in infancy. The Paulsruds long made their home on a farm in the Town of Pine Valley.

The surviving children are: Mrs. Joseph (Agnes) Cichocki, Buffalo, N.Y.; Bernard Paulsrud; Mrs. O. A. (Olga) Brandon, Peoria, Ill.; Joseph Paulsrud of Neillsville.

The pallbearers were George Meihack, John Moen, John Gullikson, Ole Botnen, Ole Lowe and William Carskaden.

Those from out-of-town who attended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Brandon, Peoria, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Cichocki, Buffalo, N. Y.; Vincent Cichocki, Ann Arbor, Mich.
