Murray, John (6 December 1892 - 2 June 1946)
Funeral services for John Murray, 53, will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 1:30 from the Lowe Funeral Home. The Rev. G. W. Longenecker will officiate. Burial will be made in the Neillsville Cemetery. He died on Sunday, June 2, (1946), at his home in Milwaukee as a result of a heart attack.
Mr. Murray was born on December 6, 1892, in the Town of York to Mr. and Mrs. Tom Murray. He made his home in Clark County for 26 years, residing with his parents on the home farm. He was graduated from Neillsville High School and was very active in spots. In 1918 he moved to Milwaukee, where he has since made his home.
He is survived by two daughters, Mae Murray and Helen Murray of Loyal, his mother, Mrs. William Hurlburt, and two sisters, Mrs. Will (Jennie) Meyers of Loyal, and Vera Krueger of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
