Flynn, Jennie (15 May 1875 - 1946)
Mrs. Jennie Flynn, 71, a former resident of Granton, was interred in the Granton Cemetery Friday afternoon. Funeral services had been held in Minneapolis, where she died. The Rev. F. A. Fahlgren officiated at the final service.
Mrs. Flynn, nee Jennie Budge, was born May 15, 1875, in Scotland, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Budge. In 1882 the family came to this country and for a time lived with Mr. Budge’s brother on the farm now occupied by the William Lehman’s, near Granton. After a sojourn to South Dakota the family returned to Granton.
In 1889 she was married to Mr. Flynn, and then made her home in Merrillan.
Two brothers, William Budge of Minneapolis and George Budge, St. Paul, survive.
