Waterman, John #2 (1 AUG 1824 - 10 OCT 1903)
John Waterman, an aged farmer of Grant Township (Clark Co., Wis.), died Friday night or Saturday morning, and was found dead in bed by the family. He was in his usual health when he retired, and with no thought of such a turn of affairs, turned in and went to sleep, never to awake. The Waterman place adjoins the John Vine farm, and had been the home of the aged man for many years.
The funeral took place Monday.
