Deegan, Alvina A. (3 MAY 1888 - 27 APR 1947)

Mrs. Alvina A. Deegan, 59, died Sunday, April 27, 1947, at the home of her parents in the town of Sullivan, where she had been visiting. The former Alvina Teatz was born in Clark County in the town of Lynn, May 3, 1888. On April 23, 1908, she was married to George Deegan, and they made their home in the town of Lynn, on a farm for a number of years, later moving to Walworth County and still later to Green County.

The survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. August Teatz, her husband and two daughters, 10 sons and two sisters. A daughter, Stella, and also a sister and brother preceded her in death.

Funeral service were held April 30 in Oconomowoc, Wis. Burial took place in LaBelle Cemetery, Oconomowoc.

A son, Dan Deegan of Greenwood, and her uncle, Robert Teatz of Granton, attended the funeral.
