The headstone photo on this site shows Anna (1858-1946) and Walter (1860-1901) Lasota buried in St. Hedwig's Catholic Cemetery in Withee.
Wlad & Anna Losota (LASOTA) appear in the 1900 Census for Withee, Clark Co., WI, both born Poland Rus., married 19 years, 7 of 10 children living. Household Members:
Wlad Losota 37 Head b.6-1863 / 1862
Anna Losota 40 Wife b.7-1859
Mary Losota 13 Daughter b.3-1887 IL
Ella (Helen) Losota 10 Daughter b.6-1890 IL
Phillipp Losota 15 Son b.5-1885 IL
Stella Losota 7 Daughter b.7-1892 IL
Frances Losota 5 Daughter b.5-1895 IL
Josie Losota 1 Daughter b.7-1898 WI
The obituary for Wadislaw mentions 5 daughters and 2 sons, so one son is not listed in the 1900 census (which does show 7 of 10 children living for the couple). There is a 1905 Wisconsin Census listing for a William Lasota in Reseburg, which is close to Withee, so he might be the other son:
Wisconsin State Censuses, Census Date: 1 Jun 1905
Name: William Lasota Residence County: Clark Locality: Reseburg Birth Location: Poland;Russia Marital Status: Married Gender: Male Estimated Birth Year: abt 1881 Race: White Relation: Head Spouse's Name: Tillie Household Members: Name Age

Tillie Lasota 22
Lillie Lasota 1
Celia Lasota 1-12
