Clark County, Wisconsin History

I'm looking for a Russell Chaffee, brother of Newton Chaffee. Parents William Chaffee and Cornelia Metcalf. Newton Chaffee was born 1854 in Vermont but was married in Wisconsin. He also lived for a while in Clear Lake, Dakota. Hope this is a connection. Willa Kraft
