Kaufman, Joshua Allen (28 January 1979 - 30 July 2008)
Joshua Kaufman, 29, of Humbird died Wednesday, July 30, 2008, at his home.
Joshua Allen Kaufman was born Jan. 28, 1979, in Black River Falls, the son of Bob Kensmoe and Sue Kaufman. He was united in marriage to Sommer Anderson Jan. 27, 2004, in Black River Falls, and for the past three years Josh worked at Western Dairyland.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, motorcycling, 4-wheeling, being outdoors, building things and Johnny Cash. Most of all though, Josh loved being with his wife and family.
He is survived by his wife, Sommer; five children, Seth, Kaitlin, Tristan, Dakota and Nevaeh; his parents, Bob Kensmoe and Sue Kaufman of Strum; a sister, Jolie (Michael) Wogh of Strum; a brother, Nick Kaufman of La Crosse; and two nephews and a niece, Boone, Deborah and Ryan Wogh. Josh is also survived by his grandparents, Audrey and Dale Torke of DeSoto and Harold Crandell of Pewaukee.
He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Jeremy Anderson.
A Memorial Service for Joshua was held at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 4, 2008, at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville. Pastor Ted Simpson officiated.
Honorary Casketbearers were: Bob Kensmoe, Mick Kaufman, Michael Wogh, Ken Kolbiak and Shawn Gilbertson.
The Gesche Funeral Home assisted Joshua’s family with funeral arrangements.
