Coffin, Ruth (Marriage - 1946)

The marriage of Miss Ruth Coffin and DeWayne Solie took place Saturday afternoon at Eau Clarie, the ceremony being performed at Grace Lutheran Church, the pastor of the church officiating. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Coffin of Eleva, former residents of Neillsville. She was graduated from the Neillsville High School with the class of 1939. The groom is a son of Mrs. Susie Solie of Eau Claire. They will reside in Eau Claire where the groom is employed.

Attendants at the ceremony were Mrs. Yvonne Allen, sister of the groom, Mrs. Doris Schwellenbach and Wayne Coffin, sister and brother of the bride, and John Childs a friend.

Mrs. Alvina Warlum, Mrs. Arnold Yankee and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Pollnow of Neillsville were guests at the wedding.
