MUSIC STUDY AND CHORAL CLUB TO HOLD MEETING APRIL 9
The Abbotsford Music Study and Choral Club will hold its regular meeting Monday, April 9, at 8:00 at the home of Mrs. Charles Blake, with Miss Hazel Ingersoll as hostess. Roll call will be answered by music current events. The following program will be presented on Symphony Orchestras by Ruth Ganfield, the chairman:
"Beginnings of Symphony and the New York Symphony", Ruth Ganfield; paper, "Philadelphia Orchestra", Mrs. Frank Kadonsky; Victor selections by the Philadelphia orchestra; "Chicago Symphony Orchestra", Mrs. M. Blake. "Minneapolis and Cincinnati Orchestra", Joyce Berry; "Detroit and Boston Orchestras", Ardyce Goldamer; "Sea(?)ing Arrangement", Lillian Peterson.
