MISS EVELYN PETERSON IS MARRIED TUESDAY

Announcement is made of the marriage of Miss Evelyn Peterson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Peterson, to Raymond B. Engel, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bert Engel of Chippewa Falls. The ceremony was performed Tuesday afternoon in the parsonage of the Methodist Episcopal church at Colby, Wis., Rev. Paul Nulton officiating.

The bride was attired in a lovely gown of blue crepe and carried a bouquet of roses and ferns. Miss Marjorie Longworthy of Chippewa Falls, as bridesmaid, wore a frock of apple green crepe and carried a bouquet similar to the bride’s. The groom was attended by Ford Engel, also of Chippewa Falls.

After the ceremony, dinner was served at the home of the bride’s parents for immediate relatives.

Mr. and Mrs. Engel left on a wedding trip to Minnesota, and will be at home to their friends after June 1st in Chippewa Falls.
