Scott, Goldie (Marriage - 27 April 1946)
Miss Goldie Scott, daughter of George L. Scott, Neillsville, and H. Joseph Butler, Leaksville, N. C., were married Saturday afternoon, April 27, at the parsonage of the Rogers Park Presbyterian Church, Chicago. The Rev. Lampe officiated at a single ring ceremony.
The bride wore a powder blue street dress. Her flowers were a corsage of white camellias. Attendants for the couple were Mr. and Mrs. E. Dale Zuege, Chicago.
Mrs. Butler graduated from the Neillsville High School in 1939, being valedictorian of her class. She has employment with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Chicago. The groom, a discharged veteran, plans to resume his studies. The couple will live at 7645 N. Sheridan Rd. Chicago.
Those from Neillsville who attended the wedding were her father, George L. Scott, Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Wagner, Mrs. Hazel Casler and Tommy Casler.
