Glasow, Laline Muriel (Marriage - 1946)
Mr. and Mrs. William Glasow, Jr, of Lafayette, N.Y., announce the marriage of their daughter, Laline Muriel, to Francis Neal Collins of Yuma, Ariz. The ceremony took place in the Presbyterian Church at Lafayette.
Harley Glasow, brother of the bride, was the groom’s best man. A reception for 80 guests was held in the church parlors.
The bride has many friends in Neillsville, having visited here many times with her parents, at the home of her grandfather, the late Wheeler Forman. Since her graduation from Central City Business Institute of Syracuse, N.Y., she has been employed in the office of defense transportation in that city.
The groom attended the University of Arizona before entering military service. He is now supervisor of farm labor in Yuma, Ariz., where the couple is residing.
The Glasows are former residents of Neillsville. They moved to Lafayette, N.Y., about 23 years ago.
