Schier, Henry August (15 November 1887 - 22 December 1947)
Henry A. Schier was interred in the Lynn Cemetery December 24, (1947) following services at the Gilbertson Funeral Home in Granton, the Rev. Floyd Fahlgren officiating. He died December 22 (1947).
Mr. Schier was born November 15, 1887, at Two Rivers, and moved to Lynn with his parents when he was an infant. He received his primary education in the Town of Lynn.
On February 11, 1926, he was married at Merrill to Caroline Steffen. He was a veteran of World War I.
Surviving are his widow and the following children: Mrs. Blanchard (Delores) Boller, Town of Lynn; Mrs. Lawrence (Luella) Langer, Marshfield; and Ruth, Betty, Lavern and Idelle, at home; four sisters, Mrs. Hattie Krause, Mrs. Mabel Tabor, all of the Town of Lynn; Mrs. Lydia Gilson, Lakeland, Fla., three brothers, and two grandchildren.
